I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your booking. To ensure fairness to both myself and clients, I have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Period: You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the course start date without incurring any fees.

• Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, a cancellation fee of 60% will be applied.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling: I understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to reschedule your course date, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance, and I will do my best to accommodate you on another course. If this is possible then you will not incur any additional fees.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your cancellation request.

• Course Changes: I reserve the right to make changes to the course schedule or cancel a course due to circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the chance to reschedule where possible or receive a full refund.
